Acceptance
By using Hyriva (the app, website, or related services), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Hyriva.
Service description
Hyriva is an AI-powered job application assistant. We help you discover jobs, tailor your resume, auto-fill applications, and track applies. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are sold and managed on the web at hyriva.app/checkout via Stripe.
- Sign in to the app with the same email used at checkout so your plan unlocks.
- Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage / Cancel Subscription, or the Stripe customer portal (hyriva.app/billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied within 24 hours of your first payment, email support@hyriva.app for a full refund.
User responsibilities
- Ensure resume, profile, and application answers are accurate.
- Do not misrepresent qualifications to employers.
- Comply with employer terms and applicable laws when applying.
AI-generated content
Resume tailoring, cover letters, and interview prep may be generated by AI. Always review and edit before submitting to employers. You are responsible for the final content you send.
Prohibited use
You may not use Hyriva to spam employers, automate abusive bulk applying, scrape the service, reverse engineer our systems, or otherwise misuse the product.
Intellectual property
Hyriva’s branding, app, and software are owned by us. Your resume and content remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service.
Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the service or others.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Hyriva is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed opportunities, employer decisions, application outcomes, or third-party job board accuracy. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
